Dine were asked to organise a spectacular birthday party in the south of France, to create a memorable evening for the guests who travelled from across Europe to attend. Our Event Manager and Executive chef worked with local producers to create a truly magnificent experience...
THE DAY
A 30ft long table was set out under an elegant white canopy, with views over the stunning gardens and surrounding countryside. The 20 guests were ushered along a walkway lined with flaming torches to the accompaniment of a classical string quartet. A magician performed with incredible sleight of hand tricks as the perfect icebreaker. Glasses of champagne were served alongside canapés:
The stunning dining table was dressed with a single white linen cloth and decorated with hundreds of mirrored candles, silver candelabra and crystal candlesticks sourced especially from Riedel. A hundred elegant white orchids fluttered gently in the breeze as the guests were seated and served a sumptuous meal. As the sun began to set the guests retired to the poolside and were offered a 1944 Vintage Armagnac and Bowl Food Desserts. The evening ended with a stunning fireworks display and Japanese lanterns were lit and released into the night sky, lighting the guests as they said their farewells.
