Gala Dinner and Party: Bramham Park
Dine were brought in by a top performance improvement agency to help create a gala dinner and party for their client and 500 guests. Two bespoke marquees were erected in the heart of Bramham Park estate, with magnificent views towards the house and formal gardens.
Iconic Office Launch: Leeds
Dine were asked to provide canapés and champagne for the opening of an iconic new building in Leeds. Dine’s Event Manager worked with the client and our Executive Chef to create a stunning canapé menu to match the lofty aspirations of the location.
Staff Summer Ball
This leading FTSE 100 company approached Dine to organise their staff summer ball. Our Event Manager worked with the client to design a very special evening, including a custom built marquee and bespoke carpet in the corporate colours.
Conference Day
When approached by this regional organisation, our brief was to find a ‘blue skies’ setting and then create a marquee structure to include a hospitality area and full conference auditorium. Guests were to be greeted with Coffee and freshly baked Danish pastries on arrival, a good quality buffet-style Lunch and then Afternoon Tea.
All of this was to be achieved within a fixed budget.
Queen's Awards Ceremony: Company Headquarters
Dine are often called on when an event is of the utmost importance. This company had won a coveted Queen’s Award and wanted us to organise the hospitality for the day, including the awards ceremony (a smart Canapé reception) and then later the staff celebration and thank you (a barbecue).
Family Fun Day: 600 Employees
Guests arrived at 11am, parked in the grounds of a Stately Home which Dine had secured and then proceeded to their designated team stations for ‘elevenses’. This was followed by a range of activities which included falconry, quad biking and team sports such as bungee running and bouncy boxing.
In addition to team members being able to hone their skills in these vital areas, the event proved to be a great success for the company.
Client Annual Party: Peter Pan
This company holds an annual party to maintain their profile within the industry and as a thank you to staff and clients alike. The party is designed for maximum impact with impressive sets and an unforgettable atmosphere – with food and drink to match.
