Established in 1998, by Daniel Gill, Dine was originally part of the Pool Court group of companies (Pool Court was the first Michelin star restaurant in Leeds). Now, Dine is very proud to have it's own family of businesses including Dine at Allerton Castle, Dine at The Mansion and Dine Hospitality. Our team has been lucky enough to travel far and wide as part of our passion to seek out the best possible inspiration for events, food and service - we have been to the kitchen table at Trotters in Chicago and trained for a day with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir -all in pursuit of perfection for your party.
